        Welcome to the
        eat2go affiliate area. If
you are a consultant, ISO, or a POS representative,
then this area was designed for you. eat2go is an
Internet portal specifically designed for a rapid sale
cycle and rapid deployment with a minimum of administration and
        virtually no equipment involved.
         As an affiliate
you may be a POS rep, an ISO, a consultant, a cart rep or a POS software
integrator. Or you may simply wish to become an eat2go affiliate. If you
have no experience with POS (point-of-sale), don't let that throw you:
none is required to rep the eat2go portal. Here is why. The portal and
associated software was designed in a way to specifically make its
deployment very, very easy. If you are reading this, then you most
likely are qualified to rep the eat2go product. If you can click, and
have some semblance and understanding of how to navigate an application
and populate it with data, then you pass the technology requirements.
 Most of eat2go affiliates are
currently ISO's (Independent Sales Offices) spread throughout the United
States. In most cases, these are small organizations, or individuals
that are bankers, that sell credit card processing, and credit card and
check processing equipment and related services to various merchants.

 | Since their business is extremely
similar, they very quickly understand the business of card and check
processing residuals and how quickly it all adds up. If you're looking
to get a foot into this industry, eat2go may be an excellent opportunity
        to do so.
 eat2go, for the
most part, is a product. This is not the case with cart technology.
Carts require technical intervention at every phase of their deployment
        and
        life cycle.
Not so, with eat2go. Once the product is sold, the affiliate is not
bogged down with incremental maintenance requirements and dependencies
on technical personnel or others. There may be several levels of support
eat2go affiliates could provide their clients (in most cases, there is
nothing to support). In some cases the merchant may not have time to
maintain and update the portal with possible specials and prices, and
may rely on outsourced personnel to perform this function. In most
cases, they may rely on the affiliate. In some cases, due to complete
ignorance of technology, the merchant may recognize the benefit of the
portal, but may not wish to be involved with its setup. This again may
be deferred to the affiliate. In addition, a merchant may wish to
digitize (post pictures) their product. The affiliate may wish to assist
or undertake the entire effort of product imaging which can be
        accomplished rather easily with

        any
        digital camera.
eat2go does not place limitations or restrictions on affiliates with
respect to rates they may charge for their services to their clients.
eat2go deployment cycle, once all the administrative documents are taken
care of, is about (1) one day. eat2go has been certified with eCommerce
gateways and financial institutions and does not require lengthy
accreditations on a per client basis.
 The critical
component for an affiliate then becomes his or her ability to solicit
the product by simply approaching the merchant, representing themselves
as an affiliate of eat2go and asking them how much of their business
results from deliveries and takeouts and how much they feel they would
benefit from the additional exposure with eat2go.

                        How much does the
                        merchant spend mailing and updating
                        their menus and mail-out
materials. This is an essential factor for any
                        successful food-service establishment.
These types of expenses are the very well established
norm in the delivery and takeout businesses. Usually,
it's done at least once every quarter at a cost of
thousands of dollars which include printing costs. Of
course, once printed, any changes must wait until then
next printing cycle. Thus, eat2go allows a tighter and a
more immediate interaction between the merchant and
                        their client.

How many phone lines does the merchant
have and what happens when the
lines are busy, especially during peak hours such as the
lunch rush. How much business is lost when the client
gets a repeated busy signal and the
caller immediately decides to call someone else.

How long does it take personnel to take an order and how
much does it cost? Is it under $2.00 per order? Are
people spending time servicing clientele, or are they
performing dual roles of taking orders and trying to
                        serve and making mistakes.
                        If
the merchant has an existing web-site, how much did
                        the web-site cost. Besides
Internet presence and exposure, what does it do?
Depending on design, how did the merchant
                        justify spending $2,000, $1,000 or $500 for
the web-site. To what degree does
it help the bottom line and can
the merchant even measure the ROI
                        (return on investment).

What ideally would the merchant want the
                        website to do for them?

eat2go gathers and provides with customer information

Use existing clients as a base and provide promotional
incentives to order via the web-site and a delivery
vehicle to others within the same geographical area.
The merchant may also boost his sales by
                        utilizing zip code targeted
                        e-flyers to promote his web-site
                        and the ordering system.
If you intend to write a
auto-submission script in order to auto-register you
clients with the eat2go directory listings, please be
                      advised that the target is

reference code within the data stream.
eat2go reserves the right to deny

requests generated more than once per month will result in
