Do I need a receipt when I show up for a takeout order? And why do I need to bring the credit card I used to pay for the order?
These requirements are merchant dependent. eat2go does not set these policies. Some merchants are more concerned, that you are not who you claim you are, than others. Hence, it's better to be safe and bring your wallet with you. Presumably you carry your cards anyway. It's basically the same as with a phone-in order. The security considerations and merchant policies should be the same. Don't take it personally.

I placed a delivery order more than an hour ago, and it hasn't come yet!
If you've printed a receipt, at the end of the transaction on eat2go, or, if one has been generated for you by eat2go, then your order has been placed in line, or, as we say, queued up, for transmittal to the merchant. At the end of the eat2go transaction, there is an option to track your order. You may wish to elect to do so, the next time you use eat2go. You will be notified by our servers (that's machines) of the status of your order and if the merchant has acknowledged that they received the order. If there's anything wrong, you will be apprised of this, with a recommended action. eat2go is a broker. Once we deliver the order to the merchant, the "ball" is in their court. We have no other affiliations with the merchant.

Where is the link to get all the stores in Kansas City, [or anywhere]?
eat2go specifically provides the service/product of online food ordering. eat2go, itself, does not usually actively promote merchants. Likewise, eat2go is not a search engine, and is not in the business of being one, or wanting to be one. For these reason, eat2go does not provide any type of list, in any form, of merchants. The merchants themselves advertise their own links and their eat2go portals.

Why, [at the end of the transaction], do you recommend that the order be tracked?
eat2go delivers its orders by using various methodologies. These include IP, and plain paper faxes. The choice stays with the specific merchant. Some high volume merchants are required by eat2go to receive orders via IP. However, whatever methodology is used, eat2go servers (that's machines), keep track of these orders and notify eat2go staff of their progress, and can notify you as well, if you should so choose. Some merchants elect to have their portals managed. That is, eat2go staff will make an enquiry, if an order appears to be overdue. In general, it's a very good idea to use eat2go Active Track™, and track the progress of your order. There is no down-side to doing this.

Why is it not allowed to use the back button on my browser?
eat2go is not alone in this. Most interactive web sites do not allow, or discourage, the use of browsers' back buttons. eat2go servers (that's machines) keep track of everything you do when you use the browser. The back button, kind of messes that up. If you use the back button, you run the risk of having one or some of the items pertaining to your transaction replaced by another. This phenomena pertains to browser technology, rather than that of the interactive site. Never, never, never use the back button during card authorization.

Is my password encrypted during my sign-on to eat2go?
Yes, if you have a password and you registered and got one. eat2go Food-Port (the actual software), hops in and out of using the HTTPS protocol (conversation encryption). You may not notice it, but pay attention to the bottom bar that specifies where the browser is going, once you select a submit action. eat2go does not encrypt or use a digital certificate when it sends requests for, and gets pictures, and other non-sensitive type data. This is done to maximize efficiency and throughput.

What exactly is a portal? I am hearing, "portal this, portal that", everywhere. Opera has a portal, how does that relate to eat2go?
You are probably referring to Opera, the browser, which, for example, has a portal for PDA's. This particular portal performs throughput specific functions, in that, it optimizes browser speeds by performing certain tasks, in the background, on a much more robust platform involving sophisticated software and superior computing power. Not dwelling too much into Opera's portal and it's functionality, the eat2go portals, have very little in common with Opera's, except for their function. Both process on a server cluster comprised of high-end computers and serving the user with information that they would otherwise  not able to crunch, or it would take a long time to do so, on their own machines. In the eat2go case, the pages served are not even real, but are built and served to the user on demand. A search engine works like that too.

  Is eat2go Kosher?
That is a very silly question. Not only is eat2go Kosher, it is Pareve, and FDA approved for having no trans fats, no MSG, nor any kind of harmful or cancer causing agents nor harmful ingredients in its programming. The code had been blessed not only by rabbis and the papalcy, but also by imams, Tibetan monks and the Aborigenes shamans. And... eat2go has recently been endorsed by Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, John McCain and Mitt Romney.
